GUARANTEES & RETURN POLICY
14 Days DOA Product GuaranteeIf one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 14 days of the order being received. In the event of a replacement, ECO-WORTHY will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part within 3 working days. To qualify under our Defective on Arrival policy, goods must be returned in their original packaging. Goods returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
30 Days No Reason Return
Standard in stock merchandise purchased through ECO-WORTHY may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. ECO-WORTHY will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. ECO-WORTHY requires at minimum 1-2 working days to inspect a returned item prior to issuing a refund or credit.
Please note that ECO-WORTHY will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
After several orders I have found later than average waiting time. The tracking is terrible . The other companies are far better with shipping ..Never with eco worthy...breathed a sigh of relief more than once upon receiving the ecoworthy products because they always seemed later than normal. Big difference now that I am using Renogy. 3 to 4 days &I got it. No worries and no crappy tracking from Spotify or Shopify or whatever that is. Ecoworthy products are very good though.
Set up was pretty easy, the direction short and simple, added 3 12 volt batteries, charge ok if I get plenty sun. Shipping was good nothing broken, arrived on time.
This is the smallest system you offered to help me understand how a system like this works and im quite proud that it was easy to set up and easy to understand. Right now, im just using it to make lawncare a cost not on my electric bill. I also live in a high hurricane area, so this is a great low end power generator tge next time a hurricane comes thru and knocks out our power for a week or more. Over the next few months, i plan to increase the system and understand the best way to do that. Once i have a system i can be proud of, i plan to introduce my system plans to the city and see what coding and zoning will allow me to do.
So i am very interested in an offgrid, hybrid source system. Something that i can understand photovoltaic, wind turbine, water turbine,and even the fun love of vibration energy.
This is the perfect system to learn the basics, things that are needed, and how to grow the system in small steps instead of dedicating myself to a 50k loan to appease a contractor and deal with city/county coding and zoning ordinances.
I love it and i have learned a lot in the matter of a few days with hands on exoerience. If nothing else, i have the basics to handle small things when the hurricane hits next.
I was pleased with the ease of installation and, so far, the way the system is performing. On the downside, I was shorted the terminal bolts for the second battery I ordered. You might want to start thinking about stocking some replacement pieces for the ones that get lost in transit. I was unable to get the bolts from ECO-WORTHY.
