Great Support

I ordered the 780W 24V complete solar kit. I received the components in several packages, but one solar panel came damaged in transition. I wrote an email to the support team with attached pictures of the damaged panel, and they immediately sent a replacement one. Great to work with this company and their support team.

Solar made easy.

It's more or less plug and play if you have basic electrical/mechanical knowledge and a handful of common sense. I bought the 780 watt 12/24v Base system because of its upgradable nature. It definitely is a great start for the off grid handi-capable tiny home I'm building for my wife.

Replacement solar panel

When we received one panel damage due to shipping, we notify seller of this, seller asked for and received a picture of damaged solar panel then sent us another solar panel to replace original damaged solar panel. Seller is great to work with. We look for to doing future business with seller

Good, but wish it included MC4 Y-connector

I ordered the 24V 400W (2x195W) solar kit with batteries/controller/inverter and installed on my roof in northern MN about a month ago. It arrived in several packages over a few days about a week later - okay with me, just odd. I now see the kit included the battery-controller Y-cable but not the required MC4 Y-connectors for panels (shown in provided manual) - I wish that had been clear, and included in the kit since it's required.
In general the hardware seems like decent quality. Some minor wiring was required (solar cables only 16.5' long and my controller is in my basement).
I put the two 12V batteries in series to get 24V and have load side connected to my freezer. On sunny days, the panels supply 8.3W (i.e. 1 24V panel at 8.3A=200W), the batteries hit 29V, and my controller stops the panel current (good). By 7 AM (i.e. overnight) my voltage will be down at 25V but still powering the freezer. On cloudy days, my current is pretty low (~2.2A with only one working panel) and I've needed to plug it into the wall after two cloudy days. Still wish I was getting the other 200W - a bit disappointed on that. Otherwise a decent setup.
