I don't know if you found the answer yet but I have owned the Orange 5K inverter charger for a year now and have messed with it quite a bit. The L14/15/16 settings are a preset for certain batteries. I do not own the ecoworthy batteries but I do have Redodo batteries. I had to use the User setting to input the parameters for my batteries. It does matter! I originally had the L14 setting and was having issues with my SOC meter always saying 100% and had the batteries overdischarge twice. This caused me to look into this setting. I got the specs from Redodo for the batteries and manually entered the settings into the inverter. I have not had an issue since. My suggestion is to get the specs for your batteries and enter them into the inverter. They will either be in the paperwork or you will have to call support.
