I purchased this system as part of a kit in March 27 2025. The All-in one unit has developed a serious problem.
The display shows a "04" fault which is BatLowEod so the system has stopped AC output and continues to charge the two batteries. This also accompanied by an audible alarm
However, I have checked both of the batteries and they both show a voltage of 13V. Anyone help?
