devices show normal. just can't not charging

  I have the 5kW Hybrid Inverter Off Grid Mppt Controller with ECO-WORTHY 14.33kWh 48V 280AH LiFePO4 Battery. all devices have been installed and all display normal. but it is not charging

  Have you figured out why it's not charging?  I am experiencing the same thing, 10KW inverter same battery.  Everything shows normal, but the battery indicates it is in standby with the run light flashing.
