if you have 12v batteries you can do 1 of 2 things 12v putting batteries in parrallel will give you double the capacity.
With regards to the panels . you would need to give more info. Some mppt controllers have a lower voltage and amp so you would need to make sure that your panels dont exceed these.
I have 8 panels in series parellel my system is is 24v and consistes of 2 strings in parallel to victron mppt controllers .. I am sure the MPPT that Eco-worthy produce would work.
