  These eco-worthy hybrid inverters are useless, with no clear instructions on how to set them up. The battery level never getting past 60%, no replies to emails from support, and the only help is in third-party forums.

  I have a similar problem.... I purchased two new

  • 6KW Solar Off-grid Split-phase AIO Inverter, 48Vdc to 120Vac/240Vac, 9kW@500V PV Input
  • same problem with both of them configured separatly with battery bank compacity configured ....not to mention the manule is incomplete and does not cover the process accuratly how to use them in a split phase mode with proper cabling  port information and configuration etc help....!
