  • For me, it was understanding that progress isn’t linear. Some weeks you crush it, other weeks feel slow, but sticking with it no matter what was key. I also stopped chasing quick results and focused on how great movement made me feel each day, which helped more than any number on the scale.


  • Prioritizing recovery and supplements alongside exercise made a huge difference in my consistency.
