Okay, maybe a weird question — but does anyone else feel like their supplements started working better after they got on GH?
I’ve been training seriously for 7–8 years, know my macros, take the usual (whey, creatine, magnesium, omega-3s, some gut stuff), but ever since I started a mild GH protocol a month ago, it’s like I absorb stuff faster. My pumps are bigger, recovery is way quicker, and my stomach doesn’t feel bloated even with 200g+ protein a day.
I didn’t expect this at all — figured GH would help mostly with fat loss and sleep. But now I’m wondering if it’s doing something to digestion or nutrient partitioning?
