Looking for beginner-friendly fitness app


  • As someone who's totally new to fitness, I’m looking for an app that doesn't overwhelm me with advanced exercises or confusing instructions. I’ve heard Mad Muscles mentioned a few times—do you think it’s beginner-friendly, or is it more for experienced people?



  • I started with zero experience and found the Mad Muscles app super approachable. It breaks things down into small, manageable steps and gradually increases the intensity.
