Hello all, I recently connected my battery charger to my bank, mainly so I can use a "dirty" generator occasionally. It seems to charge well, but it reports my fully charged as being at 60% capacity. Every other piece of equipment knows the batteries are charged, via either SOC or voltage. The bank is too large for the charger (it's a backup plan) but can that be adjusted?
One other thing that I find odd is the inverter is running idle, slowly draining the batteries but the charger doesn't start charging. My expectation is that it would keep the batteries topped off while being slowly discharged. In all fairness, I only waited until SOC was 95% and power cycles it so it would charge. Checking the settings afterwards it said SOC was 48% while actually being 95. There is no communications between any devices. I simply cannot find anything about these questions.
Sorry for the newbie ramble and thanks in advance for any input. I hope that all made sense (and that I didn't miss it in the instructions)
