ECO 3000W with Cubix 100 won't charge

  Hi,

  Like a couple of others I've installed the Eco-Worthy 3kw inverter to the rack battery using the RS485 cable, I have a link showing on the inverter, mains power is showing but I just can't  get the inverter to charge.

  Has anyone got this fixed? Could it be down to the Firmware upgrade I did a couple of days ago?

  NOW If the ECO-WORTHY 3kW inverter detects mains power but won’t charge the Cubix 100 battery, check the inverter’s charging settings, battery communication protocol, and firmware compatibility. Also confirm that AC charging is enabled and the charge current is set above zero.

  Did the charging stop after the firmware update, or was it never working IS IT ???
