I have begun installing an Eco-Worthy hybrid 400W Turbine with 10 Solar Panels and have wired everything to the Contoller properly and to the 4 Battery bank and to the 3500W Invertor, BUT, the inverter, when switched on only displays the blue power light on the inverter itself, nothing is displaying on the LED panel, and nothing is showing on the cabled remote? Do the batteries need to charge to a certain level before the invertor becomes operational?
I'm measuring 25.5 Volts on the multimeter out of the batteries into the inverter and the inverter is NOT powering on?
