Okay so We bought the ECO- WORTHY Off- Grid Solar power system 12000W 120/ 240 split system to power our new home. The one with the blue inverter. It was listed as a new set up. So we bit and bought it. Two days after it was delivered. this system now no longer exists. We unboxed some of it to start the install procces. All of the boxes have been opened to see where the manual is for the inverter (MIA) So I've emailed twice since last week. no reply yet the combiners never showed up. We can not find any of the LIVE 24/7 support that is advertised! I'm starting to get just a bit upset. Does anyone have a download for this inverter? To ice the cake 9 of our 16 400 watt solar panels were damaged pretty bad during shippment. I've reached out to XPO and ECO Worthy. No one has replied to those emails as well since Thrusday of last week.
