I purchased a 5kw Solar off-grid inverter and two Power Mega 314 AH Lithium Batteries.
I had no issue with setting them up. I watched a video from you support team to change setting 32 to 485 for comms and setting 33 to PYL.
I am about to run small appliance with no issues. I can run a 20 gallons hot water heater that pulls 15 ac amps. I can also run a 7500 BTU that pulls 6 ac amps.
When I try to run a 15000 BTU ac I get a fault 05 – Battery over voltage protection. It kicks on for a few secs then start making power again. The ac unit on start up will serge to 22 amp then kicks down to 10 running amp. I used a watt meter to test.
From what I can tell, the 5kw Solar off-grid inverter has the specs to run it.
What do you all suggest adjusting or recommend?
