Hi,
I just purchased the 5KW ECO5000W and the 48v Cubix 100 battery. I followed the video and instructions to connect the Comm cable, battery cables, A/C input and output cables.
I turned the system on and set 32 to 485 and 33 to PYL, it appears to be communicating. The AC/inv light flashes yellow, the battery run light flashes green,
It came with a 30% charge and when plug it into the wall outlet nothing happens. The charge light does not come on.
Since I only have one battery, I left the DIP switches in the default setting.
What am I missing?
Did you get it solved? I have the 3kw inverter and have the same issue.
No, I have reached out to EW Service, no resolution yet. A FB page suggested making some adjustments to the setting in the inverter, but nothing is working.
