Which inverter should I get?

  Is this both inverter and charge controller? For three 200w solar panels and three 12V100AH Lithium Iron batteries, which one should I get?

  It seems so. You mentioned you have 3 panels, but this one requires 48V circuit, according to title. So I guess it's not suitable for you.

  Maybe you consider paralleling your 3 panels and 3 batteries, so it's easy to find one inverter for 12V solar power system. 3 of 12V 100Ah batteries have 3600w power when paralleled, so you may need a 12V 3000W or 12V 3500W inverter
