My 12v 100amp hrs eco-worthy battery does keep it’s charge, I fully charged it last night and this morning it shows only 2 bar on the eco-worthy battery charger

I have 2 of the 314aH batteries. They are stored at around 80F. They were fully charged by a Victron charger before installing them in a trailer. When I go to the trailer on the weekends they are in some type of sleep mode. SHowing just over 1V between the terminals. Powering them on with the ON button does not wake them up. There is no load on them during the week. Only way to wake them up is to disconnect both grounds, connect one, and when connected the 1nd I get a spark. After this the batteries work. How do I prevent them from shutting down?

one (1) 300A LiFePO4 battery will only charge to 157A and read out that it is 100% (I have others that Charge fully to 300a) there is a notice that states the battery is below serviceable temperature range; however, it is 30degrees C. so that is not the reason. IS THIS A BAD BRAND NEW BATTERY?

OK, you described the customer’s problems, but you do not say what to do to fix them. The problem is not good without the fix!

I notice the battery in your picture is on its side. Is their a correct or incorrect orientation?
