Troubleshooting: 7 Ways to Save Your Battery

one (1) 300A LiFePO4 battery will only charge to 157A and read out that it is 100% (I have others that Charge fully to 300a) there is a notice that states the battery is below serviceable temperature range; however, it is 30degrees C. so that is not the reason. IS THIS A BAD BRAND NEW BATTERY?

OK, you described the customer’s problems, but you do not say what to do to fix them. The problem is not good without the fix!

I notice the battery in your picture is on its side. Is their a correct or incorrect orientation?

Good afternoon. I have noted in your instruction the a liFepo4 battery (12 volt 100Ah) should stored at 50% for long term storage.
What do you consider long term. 3 months?

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having a pair of 12V 280Ah Lithium Batteries connected in series drained completely. What, if any, damage has been caused? Might I expect them to take a recharge? If so, what might I anticipate will be the impact on capacity?
Thank you very much for you feedback.
