Hi Ive got the 3kW version here in the UK, only just connected it up this week. My question is; Can i turn off the load at all? My reason is that it seems to be using power even if i havent got any load? I did find a power saving parameter will this help? Thanks

I am considering getting the Dual Axis System. Can you give suggestions on the correct inverter and battery that would complement the Dual Axis system. I am also wondering if this could be connected to the power company meter.

How does the inverter determine the full or empty state of the battery?

Just bought a 3500 watt inverter fin you hooked it up and fault light came on immediately I got power coming into inverter but none coming out to power house
