Hi,

I wired the actuator as shown, but it won´t move when activating the switch on the side of the controller.
It will not move as well when using the remote control. It will move only when directly connected to the power source.
The controllers little LED lamps don´t lighten up.
The set is all new and the power supply is a transformer to 12 Volt and 9.8 Ah
Did I make a mistake? Is a fuse blown? Is the controller defefect?

I have one of your linear actuators and the instructions say to connect the red wire to the positive and black to negative, but the wires are brown and blue. Which is the positive?
