Hello. I have just purchased a new 100Ah LifepO4 battery and a 5 Amp charger. The charger has been connected for 6 hours in Li mode, and is reading 13.5v and 4.5amps. It will not charge above 40%. Have I got a faulty battery or charger, or am I doing something wrong?

I just got a 280 ah lithium battery and installed with 3 100 amp solar angels and a renergy 30 amp wanderer controller controller is showing over charge but battery is at 13.67. Tested at battery with multimeter. Should I be worried. I turned off the charger controller to the battery. Shows charging. Then goes directly to overcharge on the lights on the controller

I used the 150 AH battery for a trolling motor. When I returned it showed 37% charge remaining but I cannot charge it. The charger starts charging then shows 100% capity and shuts down. How can I resolve that issue?
