ECO-WORTHY Adjustable Solar Panel Mounting Brackets for 1–4 Pieces of 200W–400W Panels

Put this mount to the test and it held up fantastically! High winds no problem, buried in snow no problem. I mounted 3 400 watt panels by adding additional 24" superstrust and attached it to 4x6 posts.

Everything was provided, no missing parts, easy instructions, I have to admit I don't understand the middle leg, seems as if it would make the angle easily adjustable, but.... As I said I don't understand. Anyway affordable, easily assembled works great with my 4 195 bifacial panels! I recommend.

The rack arrived undamaged and with all necessary components. The assembly instructions were ok, not highly detailed but not really necessary except that all dimensions were metric and I don't know metric and had to convert.
The rack was sold as new, but had obviously been opened and partially assembled. Not a big deal since parts weren't damaged and were all there.
Quality seems to be good and parts fit together easily.
The jury is still out as to sturdiness. More emphasis should be given to anchoring the unit to prevent high wind/storm damage since flat panels are prone to such.
All in all, the rack was as expected and the price was reasonable.

Really loving how the additional bracing turned out on the eco-worthy modified tilt mounts. The frames are very rigid now even after adding the third panel. Trailer specs: 6x120 watt panels and 6x100 watt panels.

Mount is pretty good quality,I just wish it was aluminum, the mounting holes are elongated and required a large washer to cover the gap that would trap water. So I filled with sealant and tightened with washer to squeeze it out. The mounting bracket that connects the 2 long bars seems to rely on the panels for some of the rigidity.

It feels very sturdy once it’s all together. I had to mess with the bolts because the end brackets had short bolts and the middle brackets had long bolts and somehow the top and bottom holes don’t exactly line up with each other so I swapped some of them to short bolts to be able to screw them down. The long bolts have to be over a hole to extend past your bracket. Sounds strange but you’ll get it when you run into that problem. For me it wasn’t a big problem, it only required minor adjustments. I did buy different bolts to actually mount them to my carport pillars. You need to modify and tinker with a few things here and there to adapt it to your install but it is very easy to work with. Also I bought 2 kits and used 3 of the sets of legs and all but 2 sections of rail. So I kind of put together 1.5 kits to make what I needed. My panels are 39 inches wide so 4 wouldn’t fit on 1 kit. I was really hoping to fit 5 panels on it but it was just an inch short with all the hardware. We had a big storm here and had over 50 mph winds and I was scared for my solar array but it didn’t budge. So it’s past all my requirements and now just to see how it holds up over time! I am a very happy customer.

For the price, it is excellent. I just connected up my 1st 4 panels onto the stand. Easy assembly, panels locked on tightly with supplied clamps. The whole set up was simple. Plan on buying another soon.

I built my own frame just like it before eco. Offered it. Used alum. Unistrut not galv.. this kit is a good starting point. ADD unistrut
tees and 90 sto stiffen it up. Makes for easy install on roof. Only 4 screws into roof. Don't forget to run a ground from from frame .

I shopped around everywhere, most solar racks are extremely expensive. Some require drilling holes for poles, very few are affordably priced. I pieced each part out seperatly and to build your own it costs much more than this kit, I have 34 panels all @ 325+ watts. I can fit 2 per rack. I happily purchased 17 of these racks and will accomplish the same thing as other companies at almost half the price. I'm satisfied with the product however. When it's time to mount the panels you have the heads of the bolts hindering the pieces that interlock the panels together from sliding down the track to where you need them. The heads should be flat so you can slide the connector in smoothly. The instructions lack clarity on what you want the user to do. There are no torque specs. So I cranked the bolts down until the all strut bent. The hold the panels well. But a quick redesign will make it better.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and corrosion resistant. It works for my application.

First kit was straight-forward to assemble and all parts were intact (to be fair, I purchased from Amazon). Second kit was missing a number of bolts and nuts; the package was beaten to heck (again from Amazon, so not a slight on Eco-worthy), which is why they probably slipped out somewhere. Really good otherwise. Hold the panels well. Only tricky part we found was installing the bolt/spacer between the middle two panels -- where the join is bolted together, that hole is tricky to insert the supplied size bolt; fix was removing the blue plastic grip. We did it, but it was challenging. Sturdy once assembled and with all panels installed. We added some bracing for the ground legs so that we could play with positioning. For the price, very happy! Will be ordering again with next panel purchase (this time direct from Eco-worthy).

The plastic pieces on the clamping brackets, won't last but the rack was able to hold 3 40 by 65 inch panels very securely, but its the best mounting system for price I've seen so far

Excellent product. Quality materials, easy to assemble. The issue for me was that I am mounting three 305watt panels, which are 39" wide each, so three of them is 117" plus ~2" for the mounting clamps. This mount is only 114" wide -- two 57" C-channels that attach in the center. You will have to fabricate a spacer in between the channels to accommodate panels as large as mine. Nothing against the product, just FYI. In fact, I am going to buy another one of these mounts for another three panels.

First foray into solar and so far I am very pleased with the efficiency of the 195w panels. The mount also seems like a good value, I think it would cost more to track down all of those parts at the hardware store, so overall I am happy with this purchase. I haven’t tried adjusting my initial angle at all and I’m seeing about 740 watts coming out of the four panels during peak hours.

To be honest I wasnt expecting much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised, I anchored it in the ground with 5 large concrete pavers, it is very solid, no wiggle at all, very pleased, Thank you

The solar mounts set up with ease one person operation.

The new version solved the previous issues. Longer vertical struts and the third leg provides good support for my (3) 320 Watt panels. Nice to see a company make improvements based on customer feedback; and without jacking up the price.

I purchased two of these sets and combined them into a 150" 6 legged super mount to hold five 200 watt panels vertical. The 4 extra 40" sections were perfect to solidify the array with side bracing and 6 legs on 150" is super solid. Everything was perfect except one bolt hole was not drilled. Took 90 seconds. Most companies would charge double at least. Thanks
