Great performance and working without issue

Running two batteries in 2s configuration. Batteries are performing well for 10 days of service, cycling from 58% to 100% each day. Blackbox (new design) is flawless. Greybox (orange label) had a mild shipping imbalance that is so far self-correcting (Cell delta 0.11v to 0.07v @ 100% 'Standby').

replacement battery cam damaged on coverd in a layer of dirt.

received my replacement battery for the 1 out of 4 damaged in the initial shipment. the replacement is a worse state than the original. crushed in terminals,and covered in a layer of dirt.

I still have not received a return shipping label for the first battery, and have been given no indication if its to arrive by email or post?

Bought 4, 1 came with crushed in positive and negative terminals with the top lid crushed in. 1 came with the positive terminal bent in. It's taking a week so far, for customer service to remedy the issue with phone calls and emails. Still awaiting confirmation on a new battery being shipped.
