The qr scan will not work. It never has, no matter what. There is no available support that doesn’t try to sell me something else, or is relevant to this problem. The Bluetooth consistently connects to an entirely different battery. I am yet to be able to connect to my 12v 100 ah battery after a year and a half.

When I set the inverter to Li, protocol 036 set to 51 it will not supply output,if I set the battery us2, after one day the inverter is showing fault light, please help

Absolutely does not work on either batteries or the inverter. Scan fails, errors out, Bluetooth doesn’t work, wifi doesn’t work. USELESS. Troubleshooting is “in development”, contact us brings no reply. Will be returning over $2000 worth of wasted time to Amazon.

My 100ah LiFepo battery has lost bluetooth, surely there is an easier way to connect rather than draining the battery as this takes ages.
