1.What if the product I received is damaged?
Before signing for the package: If the outer packaging is obviously damaged, dented, or wet, please take a photo and refuse to sign for it. Please contact us immediately.
After signing for the product: If the product is found to be damaged when unpacking, please contact us within 48 hours after signing for the product and provide clear photos of the damaged area, outer packaging and waybill.
Once the damage is confirmed to be due to shipping, we will resend or refund the package free of charge.
2.Is the package lost or cannot be returned?
If you haven't received your package after it's shown as "delivered," please contact us immediately. We'll investigate with the carrier (usually taking 5-15 business days). Once the loss is confirmed, we'll resend or refund your money.
3.Is the package sent to the wrong address?
Please contact us promptly to provide your order number, product packaging logistics label information, product SKU barcode, and product photos received, and we will propose a solution as soon as possible.
4.Is the package missing?
Please contact us with the shipping label information on the outer packaging and images of the product inside. We will contact our warehouse for feedback and investigation (usually takes 5 business days). After verification, we will reissue or refund your order.
