I have 34 of the 51.2 volt 50ah units from here and have only 1 unit with a swolen bad pouch cell. 1 out of 544 is not bad, and I traced the issue to a failed channel in the BMS. I have replaced the BMS with a Daly unit with Bluetooth and charge/load tested the remaining cells individually to confirm they are all good. Yes I am in fact a rocket scientist with lots of experience and equipment, but can’t find the actual pouch cell to fit this unit. I contacted eco-worthy to ask for a source and just got nowhere with that, but I understand they don’t fix or even build these themselves. I have found many cells with good specs but don’t fit the form factor. If anyone has a clue or a faulty unit I can get cells from please let me know. Mdanley34@gmail.com
