ECO-WORTHY 60A 12/24/36/48V MPPT OLED Display Solar Charge Controller Regulator

Honestly, I was looking for price over performance as this is a remote setup that won't get used much. An online auction site led me to factory refurbished 195W/12v panels, a mounting rack for the roof capable of holding 4 of the panels, the 60amp MPPT controller, a 2000 watt inverter, and a 280ah 12v battery. I has to source cables, breakers and cutoff switches - but once everything was connected in series I was shocked at how good the MPPT algorithm is for maximizing the PV power and charging the battery. The Eco-Worthy application uses Bluetooth to get information from both the MPPT controller and the battery. For basic situational awareness, it's really great. The menu and programming on the screen on the MPPT leaves a lot to be desired, and it would be great if you could configure things in the app. There are some settings you can change, but others you cannot. Anyway - this setup seems to be working flawlessly out of the box so to speak. For the price I could not be happier and I am pleased with the performance so far.

Small but very smooth i buy again

I just got my controller going today and it was simple and works perfectly. It is being used in conjunction with Eco Worthy's Solar Tracker and 200 Ah of Eco Worthy battery's in 24v configuration.
Solar panels are four 150 watt Eco Worthy panels.
In my photos you will see it is just installed temporarily. Tomorrow I will get it into place permanently.
I added the Bluetooth option and it is pretty good. It communicates well but more detail in the App would be much appreciated. All in all it is a home run in my book.

I hope the contact fasteners and display is improved on newer models.
It does draw energy if not turned off manually

After receiving and powering on my 60 amp mppt charge controller i got a fault light. The controller did not auto detect my 24v battery. Pg8 of the booklet says it will auto detect if sys voltage is set to auto detect. However there are no instructions on how to configure it to do that. Pg 8 also says step1 turn on the battery C/B and set the battery type. Once again there are no instructions in the book to tell you how to do this. Resolving this took several hours and since it was a weekend I was unable to call for assistance. I realize that ECO Worthy did not write these instructions. It would be really great if one of your technical support folks could write and include a sheet of detailed instructions to assist us in setting up the battery system parameters on this unit.

I have eco-worthy panels,controllers and lifepo4 batteries. My solar is finally top notch. I am very impressed with the 280 amp hour batteries. MPPT controllers are amazing. Most of my panels are several years old and still putting out the maximum. Great products. Customer service is also great.

I bought 6 12v 280AH batteries and the 60Amp charge controller. I put everything to the test and what I got from Eco-worthy has been affordable, durable, and dependable. They will have my future business!

I recently purchased a pair of 280AH LiFePo4 batteries for my off-grid home. They are to take the place of the golf cart batteries currently in use. But when I started to look at my present MPPT controller, I found that it does not support the newer battery type. So I had to get one of similar ratings, that does support it.
Due to some delays in getting the space to move the installation into, I am still running on the old system. Hopefully by this weekend, I will have that space.

I am making a solar system for off grid use. Thus far nearly all the products purchased have been from EcoWorthy. I have been impressed by the quality of everything purchased from them and I am looking forward to my First Sunrise with my system finally going online. Thanks Eco Worthy !

The controller works, has all the features and is very well constructed especially the wires connectors.

Unit works well. Your terminals don’t hold stranded wire. They need a redesign!

Haven't hooked it up yet but if the product is anything like the company has been to deal with it'll be amazing.

Screen is so tiny that the images are very hard to see and the light is very dim. Also directions included are too minimal and vague. Difficult to make sure you set up the controller correctly. So far though it seems to work.

I like it its heavy duty and gives me excellent power with 900 watts solar panels. Don't forget to order y connectors and 10' wire extensions

Very good company to deal with FedEx lost the order and immediately they sent new one with ups, all working perfect. I installed on my tiffin motor home to charge when I am not plugged into outlet
