On time and excellent quality
I was pleasantly surprised that my 400 watt eco-worthy solar kit showed up on the date they said. I ordered the extra battery with my kit but noticed the extra wire for the second battery was not in the package. I thought I was going to have to contact the company and go through a battle to get the wire. Not so, the following day the wire showed up in the mail. Not used to this type of service.
I bought the 400 watt package for a van project and ne piece was shipped wrong and the way these people handled a small problem was great. Fast response on a Sunday and they made the fix easy and expedited my right part. I also got great information from the sales department when I was shopping, they had an idea for my installation no one else thought of as I was talking to 3 companies.
Now I have done the install and can tell you these guys make it easy, plug and go system… very easy install and plenty of wire lead etc

From purchase to arrival it's been a flawless transition. Product on first appearance is beautiful. No parts missing. Keep in mind it does take some left work and studying to out this system together. Their 50Ah YouTube video is what you need to watch to assemble this system. It shows everything but how to wire your two batteries in parallel. Super excited to use this system off grid this winter!
