I bought this because my lithium battery was not charging to 100%. They recommended I used their charger because their charger can help diagnose if the battery is good or not. Unfortunately my battery went bad but since it was still under warranty and I met the warranty requirements they sent me a new battery. I will be using their charger with their battery from now on.
