It took over a month (and close to a dozen emails) to get a replacement "B rod" that had failed in a 20 mph gust. However I was pleasantly surprised by replacement package, with the "B rod" being beefier.

Good Customer Service

I felt that ECO-WORTHY customer service was standing behind their product with a nice offer. They responded to my email about my problem within 24 hours. The $30 shipping cost was very reasonable for a new battery in return. The battery is not used in a demanding application so time will tell though if this was just a fluke bad battery or if the product is not very robust.

Had an unfortunate failure of my battery purchase of last summer but got VIP service from the manufacturer and they had a new battery delivered within a few days for just the cost of shipping!
